- Free shipping on all prepaid orders, every day.
- Cash on delivery is available on every order. Pay a ₹99 cash on delivery fee online when you place the order to confirm it, then pay the order amount in cash when it arrives. The ₹99 COD fee is not refundable.
SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. During heavy sales it can take up to 48 hours in the worst case.

DELIVERY ISSUES
In case of a delayed or lost package, please contact us at support@stringscape.co. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
DELIVERY AREAS
We ship to all regions across India. We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of an order cancellation by String Scape due to stock unavailability, the full amount paid including shipping will be refunded.
