String Scape periodically offers discounted pricing on selected products when purchased in specific quantities or combinations (“Combo Offers”), including multi-pack tee offers, multi-pack bottoms offers, and cross-category combinations such as the All-Season Set and checkout-stage bottoms upsells. The following terms apply to all Combo Offers in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

How Combo Offers Work

Combo Offers are applied automatically at the cart or checkout stage based on the contents of your cart at the time of order placement. No coupon code is required unless explicitly stated on the product or category page. Combo pricing is calculated on the specific products and quantities defined for each offer; adding or removing items from your cart may change which offer applies or whether an offer applies at all.

Where multiple offers could potentially apply to the same items in your cart, only one offer will be applied per item, determined by the offer’s configured priority. Combo Offers are not necessarily cumulative with each other unless specifically advertised as stackable.

Combo Offers are valid only for the exact products, categories, and quantities specified at the time of purchase. Prices, eligible products, and offer availability are subject to change without prior notice and may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time, including after an offer has been advertised, provided this does not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Pricing Errors and System Abuse

While we take reasonable care to configure Combo Offers correctly, pricing display or cart calculation errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues, including but not limited to software bugs, plugin conflicts, or misconfiguration. In the event an order is placed at an incorrect price due to such an error, including prices that are unintended, abnormally low, or inconsistent with the offer as advertised, String Scape reserves the right to do any of the following at its sole discretion:

Cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method, for prepaid orders; or

Contact the customer to confirm the corrected price before processing the order further; or

Decline to ship the order at the incorrect price.

String Scape further reserves the right to cancel any order, deny any discount, or restrict access to Combo Offers where there is reasonable cause to believe the order involves manipulation of the cart, repeated exploitation of a pricing error, use of automated tools to abuse offer mechanics, or any other attempt to circumvent the intended terms of an offer. This includes orders placed in unusually large quantities that suggest resale or bulk exploitation rather than personal use, unless bulk purchase has been separately agreed with String Scape in writing.

No compensation, beyond the refund of amounts actually paid, will be owed to the customer in the event an order is cancelled under this clause.

Combo Offers and Returns

As with all StringScape clearance sale items, products purchased as part of a Combo Offer are final sale and not eligible for return. Exchanges, where permitted under our general exchange policy, are subject to the standard exchange fee and return shipping terms. Where an exchange is requested for an item that was part of a Combo Offer, the remaining items in that combo will be repriced at their applicable individual or partial-combo rate, and any resulting price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
